HPD patrol officers responded to a shooting near the above address and found Mr. Bawary lying in the grassy median with multiple gunshot wounds.  Houston Fire Department paramedics responded to the scene and transported Bawary to the hospital where he was pronounced deceased.
A preliminary investigation determined Bawary was visiting from Fort Worth, Texas, with some friends and attended a large party at the above address.  Bawary and his friends then got into an argument with three other males, which escalated into a shooting, during which Bawary was struck.
The suspects are believed to possibly live either in the Houston area or in the Fort Worth area.
