Investigation into Fatal Crash at 1000 West Sam Houston Parkway South, Houston police are investigating a fatal crash at 1000 West Sam Houston Parkway South (Beltway 8) about 3:10 a.m. on Sunday (Jan. 23).The identities of the two deceased females are pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.HPD Vehicular Crimes Division Sergeant D. Rose and Officer J. Bibb reported:A female was driving a blue Ford F-150 pickup truck southbound at the above address near the Katy Freeway (West Interstate Highway 10) service road when the vehicle left the roadway and crashed into a freeway pillar.
