CAUSE: Act of nature, failure of equipment or heat source.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Firefighters arrived on scene within six minutes to find fire coming from a 1-story house and made an attack. A primary search was completed, and the home was ventilated. The crews extinguished the fire in the attic. The power had recently been restored to the home after being out for several hours when the homeowner noticed and reported the fire. Firefighters from Stations 4, 5, 13, 50, 67 and 30 responded to this incident.
