INJURIES: No reported injuries.
PROPERTY SAVED: $276,000 in estimated property saved.
DAMAGE: $35,000 in estimated damage.
CAUSE: Unintentional.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Firefighters arrived on scene within four minutes to find heavy fire coming from the garage of 3-story townhome. They made an attack on the fire and limited the fire extension to the residence. A primary search was completed, and the fire was extinguished. The resident stated he evacuated his home after seeing fire coming from his vehicle. Crews from Stations 28, 83, 10, 51, 60 and 57 responded to this incident.
