WHERE: 10500 block of Caravan Dr. 77031.

DAMAGE: $140,000 in estimated damage.
CAUSE: Unintentional.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Firefighters arrived on scene within five minutes to find fire and smoke coming from a house and made an offensive attack. They ventilated the roof and cleared the house of smoke. A primary and secondary search were completed with no one found. The resident had safely escaped the home. Once the fire was extinguished, crews completed salvage and overhaul. 35 personnel responded to this incident, including firefighters from Stations 51, 2, 68, 73 and 82.
