WHAT: House fire.
WHEN: May 21, 2024, at 10:22 a.m.
WHERE: 10300 block of Ivy Oaks Ln. 77041.
INJURIES: No reported injuries.
PROPERTY SAVED: $175,000 in estimated property saved.
DAMAGE: $75,000 in estimated damage.
CAUSE: Failure of equipment or heat source.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Firefighters arrived on scene to find smoke coming from a house and made an offensive attack. A primary search was completed with no one found. The crews found and extinguished the fire in a room and requested HFD Arson investigators to determine the cause. 33 personnel responded to this incident, including firefighters from Stations 77, 4, 78, 49, 57 and 50.
