Surveillance Released in Investigation into Fatal Shooting at 945 West Little York Road

Houston police have released surveillance photos of a wanted suspect and suspect vehicle in fatal shooting of a man at 945 West Little York Road about 5:25 p.m. on Monday (May 6).
The suspect is described only as a black male, believed to be in his early 30s, wearing light blue jeans.  The suspect’s vehicle is described as a tan, four-door sedan, with heavy damage on the front and rear bumper.  Photos of the suspect and his vehicle are attached to this news release.
The identity of the victim, 28, is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
HPD Homicide Division Sergeant C. Lamont and Detective A. Herrera reported:
HPD patrol officers responded to a shooting at the above address and found the victim unresponsive in the parking lot.  He had been shot multiple times.  Houston Fire Department paramedics responded to the scene and pronounced the victim deceased.
Further investigation, witness statements and evidence from the scene indicated the victim and the unknown suspect may have been arguing previously in the day.  The suspect later shot at the victim, striking him multiple times, before fleeing the scene in his vehicle.
