Houston police are asking for the public’s help in locating two persons of interest wanted for questioning in the fatal shooting of a man found at 7800 Tidwell Road about 7:30 p.m. on November 23.
Surveillance photos of the persons of interest, who are not charged, are attached to this news release.
The victim is identified as Johnny Felder, 34.
HPD Homicide Division Detectives C. Chettry and H. Martinez reported:
HPD patrol officers responded to a shooting at the above address and found an unresponsive male lying between the street and the curb. He had been shot multiple times. Houston Fire Department paramedics responded to the scene and pronounced the male, later identified as Mr. Felder, deceased.
At that time, there were no known witnesses or suspects.
Further investigation identified the two persons of interest in the surveillance photos. Homicide detectives believe they may have information in this case.
