Houston police are investigating a fatal crash at 3700 Old Spanish Trail about 11:55 p.m. on Sunday (Dec. 8).
The identity and age of the deceased male is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
HPD Vehicular Crimes Division Sergeant R. Dallas and Officer R. Young reported:
The male, a pedestrian, attempted to run across the street at the above address when he was struck by a gray Chevrolet Camaro traveling eastbound. Paramedics transported the male to an area hospital where he was pronounced deceased.
The male driver, 18, did not show signs of impairment. He was questioned and released.
