Houston police are asking for the public’s help in identifying a person of interest wanted for questioning in the fatal shooting of a woman found at 9898 Forum Park Drive about 8:55 a.m. on Tuesday (Oct. 1).
The person of interest, described only as a Hispanic male, was last seen walking with the victim toward her apartment the previous morning (Sept. 30). A surveillance video of the male (and female) is attached to this news release.
The victim is identified as Kenia Guardado Molina, 27.
HPD Homicide Division Sergeant M. Holbrook and Detective R. Lujan reported:
Relatives of the victim became concerned because they had not heard from her and she had not picked up her child from the babysitter. On Tuesday morning (Oct. 1), family members entered her apartment at the above address and found the woman, later identified as Ms. Guardado Molina, deceased. She had sustained at least one gunshot wound.
