CAUSE: Under investigation.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Firefighters arrived on scene to find heavy smoke coming from the roof of an abandoned convenience store. They entered the structure to make an attack on the fire and conduct a primary search. The roof was checked and the power company was notified to secure the utilities. The crews extinguished the fire and requested HFD Arson investigators to determine the cause and origin. 34 personnel responded to this incident, including firefighters from Stations 39, 15, 19, 34, 27, 30 and 27.
