Suspect Charged, Wanted in Fatal Shooting at 110 West Little York Road, Charges have been filed against a suspect wanted in the fatal shooting of a man at 110 West Little York Road about 2:20 p.m. on Saturday (Aug. 26).
The male suspect, Alexis Gonzalez, 23, is charged with murder in the 262nd State District Court. He is not in custody. A photo of Gonzalez is attached to this news release.
The identity of the victim, 32, is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
HPD Homicide Division Detectives N. Henderson and L. Patterson reported:
Officers were dispatched to a shooting call at the business at the above address and observed the victim unresponsive with a gunshot wound. The known suspect had fled the scene. Paramedics pronounced the victim deceased.
Further investigation identified Gonzalez as the suspect in this case and he was subsequently charged.
