Houston police are awaiting autopsy results in the death of a person found in the 11000 block of Fuqua Street about 3:30 p.m. on Monday (April 22).
The identity, gender and cause of death are pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
HPD Homicide Division Detectives J. Jorsch and D. Lunceford reported:
HPD homicide detectives were conducting an investigation in the area near the above address and located what appeared to be a grave. The Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences responded to the scene and a body was found.
At this time, there are no known witnesses or suspects. The investigation is pending autopsy results.
