Investigation into Fatal Shooting at 8100 Calhoun Street,
Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a woman at 8100 Calhoun Street about 4 p.m. on Saturday (May 4).
The identity of the victim, 27, is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
HPD Homicide Division Sergeant C. Ponder and Detective N. Henderson reported:
HPD patrol officers responded to a shooting at the above address and found the victim lying in the street with multiple gunshot wounds. Houston Fire Department paramedics responded to the scene and pronounced the victim deceased.
A preliminary investigation indicated the victim was last seen with her boyfriend in her blue Honda Accord, with temporary license tag 4999V48. At this time, neither the boyfriend nor the vehicle have been located.
